I love Gorkhaland. But what I really scares me are the people who are at the helm, about to take charge should the statehood be realized.
with bimal gurung’s chamchas like Roshan Giri aka Anaconda, and other thugs, do you really feel that Gorkhaland will be good for us.
Sentimentally of course it is ideal, the notion of Gorkhaland. But I shrudder at the thought of the Chief minister and his ministers.
Suggest change the name to Gundaland so that there is no false hope in hearts of common people like me.

Dear Aneek and Sujit I respect your thoughts but at the same time I urge for GORKHALAND. Every community living in INDIA have their own state , why not Gorkhas. We are not demanding for partition of Gorkhaland from INDIA. We want we too have our own state like NAGA’s (NAGALAND), MIZO’s (MIZORAM), KHASI’s (MEGHALAYA), BENGALI’s (West Bengal) and so on. Our demand for GORKHALAND is genuine and the center should provide statehood to Gorkhas.
